About Us

The MYO Collective

At The Myo Collective, we are passionate about helping you be the best version of you. Using our skills in assessment, treatment and rehabilitation we will create a treatment plan that suits your goals and objectives, no matter how big or small.  We will work with you to reduce pain, improve movement and stability to allow your body to look after itself. Our aim is to educate and provide you with a better understanding of your body and to give you to the tools you need to live a pain free life.

So, what is Myotherapy?

‘Myotherapists provide evidence-informed assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions’.

But what does that mean for you?

Your Myotherapist is trained to assess your pain, movement and restrictions to make an informed diagnosis and create an effective treatment plan. This plan might involve some hands-on treatment such as dry needling, cupping, mobilisation, massage and stretching as well movement, strength and education.
