Cancellation & No Show Policy

The MYO Collective

General

The Myo Collective is committed to providing the best possible service to all our clients. We are a busy clinic that often has a waiting list for appointments. Appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled last minute, reduce the opportunity for the practitioner to contact a client waiting for a spot. 

 

Therefore we require a minimum of 24-hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. 

 

Fee

Should you be unable to provide 24 hours notice, you may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. This also applies to missed appointments. 

 

We understand that sometimes, things happen, people get sick and it is often out of our control, therefore each occurrence will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the practitioner. If you have any concerns about your individual situation or if you’re unsure if you should attend, please discuss with your practitioner directly. 

 

Additionally, if you have someone that can replace you if you can’t attend, feel free to give your practitioner a call to discuss. 

Contacting us 

Please use appropriate measures to cancel your appointment. We provide appointment confirmations upon booking, as well as reminders via email and text the day prior to your appointment in order to give you ample opportunity to reschedule or cancel your booking. 

 

Please ensure that you either call, text or email your practitioner directly or reply to our automated reminder text if you are unable to attend.  Alternatively, there is a cancellation option in both the confirmation and reminder emails if you are unable to get hold of your practitioner. 

 

* We do not accept cancellations or reschedules through social media platforms, as these mediums are not monitored on an ongoing basis.
